This is a vintage Soviet NKVD Border Guard officer field uniform set styled after the classic 1943 configuration.
The lot includes the gimnasterka tunic, matching galife riding breeches, officer belt with leather portupeya harness and the iconic green-top border guard furazhka.
The tunic features the recognizable standing collar M43-style cut with chest pockets and clean military tailoring typical of late WW2 and immediate post-war Soviet uniforms.
